Andriy Nechyporenko has been a partner at Dominion Law Firm since 2021.
He developed a high level of legal expertise and professional skills through his work as the head of the law firm “Nataliya Subota & Partners” and as a lawyer at the law office “Konov & Sozanovsky.”
Andriy obtained his license to practice law in 2005.
He served as a legal advisor to the Minister on a voluntary basis from 2019 to 2020.
Andriy’s professional specialization includes litigation (civil, commercial, and administrative proceedings), taxation, intellectual property, election law disputes, and legal support for IT projects.
His professional achievements include winning high-profile court cases related to intellectual property rights protection and providing effective legal support during election campaigns for the President of Ukraine, Members of Parliament, and local elections.
