Oleksandr Pinchuk has served as the Managing Partner of the Dominion Law Firm since 2005.
With over 20 years of legal experience, Oleksandr has spent the past decade focusing on real estate and litigation. He has extensive expertise in handling real estate transactions, tax consulting, client representation in court proceedings, and corporate governance.
His work at Dominion Law Firm also includes representing foreign investors in Ukraine, assisting buyers and sellers of office, residential, and other property types, advising business owners, and providing legal support for IT projects.
For five years, Oleksandr led a debt recovery project for a leading mobile operator in Ukraine, successfully overseeing more than 7,000 court cases.
He is also deeply involved in the legal community. From 2016 to 2018, Oleksandr served as the Head of the Real Estate and Construction Committee of the Ukrainian Bar Association. He also took an active role in the Legal Committee of the Ukrainian Airports Association.
Oleksandr was admitted to the bar in 2005.
He gained his initial legal experience at the European University, where he worked as a legal counsel from 2002 to 2005.
In his free time, Oleksandr enjoys playing squash, traveling, and fishing.
Education:
- In 2003, he graduated from the Academy of Labour, Social Relations and Tourism with a Specialist degree in Law.
- In 2002, he earned a Bachelor’s degree in Law from the same institution.
